Caryn was born on Gathering 7th, 26 AE as the only child between Moloch and Kelda, however shortly after birth she was snatched from her cot in the night by masked bandits and sold into a life of slavery and misery...
After a few years of labour Caryn decided to make a break for freedom, she decided she would wait for nightfall before making good her escape. Nightfall came and Caryn packed up what little rations she could muster up before making a dash for the main gate.... she was spotted by a goblin guard and not thinking twice she picked up a sword she saw lying on the floor and swiftly stabbed it through the goblin and ran before reinforcements could be called for...
Weeks passed and Caryn was begining to feel very ill, she found herself lost in the middle of a forest, cold, hungry and tired she fainted and woke up inside a shack of some sort.
A young man calling himself Erik strode in and handed Caryn a bowl of hot soup, he asked where she had come from and gasped when she told him that she had escaped from the camp - he asked her many questions about her past and decided he would help her find the parents she had never known, he told her many things about a town called 'Drakenwood' and about the amazing amount of families that were found there but first they would have to pass the mysterious 'Mirrortown'... On course, they passed into Mirrortown and decided to rest outside the 'Tower of Trials' during the night, when undead appeared and they realised why everyone had warned them against spending the night in this place. Alas Erik was struck down by one of the hordes his final words shouting to Caryn: 'Run as fast as you can!'. She did just this only to be greeted by an orc horde hell bent on destroying her, and she swiftly remembered the goblin she had slain. She struck down the horde before realising she was begining to like the adrenalin rush flowing through her.
She ran for days before stumbling on the town known as 'Aldersford' where she took sanctuary in the most powerful of guilds, the Fighters, and she was greeted by a noble man known as Moloch. The two spent a few minutes just staring at each other before the Lady Kelda showed up and instantly recognised Caryn as the child she had lost all those years ago.
Caryn has since met her brothers Viscera , Lan , Hetfield and Pryderi along with her sisters Purle and Lorelei. She rose quickly up the ranks and swiftly became the Fighter leader in her fathers footsteps, swearing to protect those who had taken her in... Her real story begins now.
