Tale of Quar

A song must be sung, of a daemon named evil Quar
And the Cleric that did scatter him, both near and far.
Quar he was a mighty beast, his powers were demonic
And anyone who challenged him - ended up catatonic.

Then one day a Cleric strode forth, with divine powers alight
He called out to this daemon, and challenged his very might
Quar he did come down, and looked upon this fool
Such a puny mortal, he thought, shall die by my hands cruel.
The Cleric's eyes did narrow and he gripped upon his mace
"That's it, you daemon Quar - begone from this here place."

The daemon he did laugh and scoff and called upon his hoardes
To vanquish the puny Cleric and his playful little Gods.
Upon those commands the Cleric did pray within his soul
He called upon the Gods, to smite that evil most foul
A word this Cleric was given, from the very creation
A word of true power, that would cause this daemons damnation.

The daemon strode forth, and set upon the Cleric
Many evil wounds he caused, mostly bleeding and septic.
The Cleric winced in true pain, but bellowed out the word
Quar he did looked shocked, and away he was spurred
Back to the plains of evil where his evil body burned.

So if encounter a daemon, who threatens you and your wife
Utter that holy word, and end it's evil life.
